The UCSC International Alumni Committee – Switzerland was founded on the proposal of numerous graduates, now professionals in the financial field beyond the Alps.
In November 2023, the presentation event was organized in Zurich, which immediately brought together more than 50 former students from different faculties of the University.
Over the course of 2024, the group has grown to include the participation of more than one hundred Alumni in the institutional event in the presence of Professor Federico Rajola, Rector's Delegate, in June.
With the support of the coordination group, numerous activities were organized, from networking events at company headquarters to a private visit to the UBS vault, increasingly establishing the local presence of the UCSC International Alumni Committee and recognition from institutional realities.
The number of Alumni in Switzerland and the interest in meeting in the UCSC Alumni International Committee – Switzerland has brought out the need to organize the chapter in other cities as well. The target for 2025 will be Geneva.
